Acebrophylline has both muco-regulating and bronchodilating properties. Acebrophylline is used to treat bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe.
Montelukast belongs to a class of medications called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs). Montelukast is used to prevent and treat symptoms of asthma (such as wheezing and shortness of breath) and to relieve allergic symptoms, such as a runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing. It works by blocking the action of substances in the body that cause the symptoms of asthma and allergic rhinitis.
Fexofenadine is an antihistamine used to relieve allergic symptoms such as a runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, watery eyes, itching eyes, hives, and itching. It works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction.
